Shipping through Canada Post generally takes 2 to 4 business days, you will be sent an email once shipped with a tracking number that details the shipping status, expected delivery time and date.
Yes all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and orders are shipped from inside Canada. No duty or customs involved.

Once the order is received and payment is verified we process and ship the order immediately, except for weekends and holidays. Speed of service is very important to us, we do our best to get your order as soon as possible.
There are a few instances where orders are not shipped within 24 hours, this could be the case if it on a weekend, holiday, or we are transferring a product from our secondary warehouse. If there happens to be a rare delay where your order is still in processing after 3 days please contact customer service.
If it has been stuck in processing for longer than 2 business days please email us there may be an issue.
Returns over $150 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
