Shipping through Canada Post generally takes 2 to 4 business days, you will be sent an email once shipped with a tracking number that details the shipping status, expected delivery time and date.

Orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days, you may track the package and it should tell you when it will arrive. If it has been longer that 5 days please consider that it may be a delay in shipping due to holidays, extreme weather conditions, or an error with the package.
If the order is not delivered within 5 days we are notified and will keep our eye on it to ensure it comes as soon as possible, and we will contact the shipping agent to ensure delivery as soon as possible.

Once the order is received and payment is verified we process and ship the order immediately, except for weekends and holidays. Speed of service is very important to us, we do our best to get your order as soon as possible.

There are a few instances where orders are not shipped within 24 hours, this could be the case if it on a weekend, holiday, or we are transferring a product from our secondary warehouse. If there happens to be a  rare delay where your order is still in processing after 3 days please contact customer service.

Yes, we accept returns on un opened product within 30 days of purchase, items must be un-opened, un-used, or unworn and in new condition. Please fill out the form below to initiate a return and ship product back with product to the following address.

Customer returning the item is responsible for the return shipping cost. Supplements direct will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged product.
Returns over $150 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
