Most products will have expiry dates dating 2 years from date to 6 months from date. Products with less than 3 months left for expiry, you will be notified during checkout process, these are typically clearance items.

There is nothing wrong with the clearance items. Items are put on clearance for many reasons such as discontinued product, promotions, overstock in product or possibly a near expiring product which would be stated in the product description.

Please note if you have an error, please check the spelling and remember, the coupon code will always be in capital letters and is case sensitive. Coupon codes also may have expiry dates, or be valid for single use.

Yes, after the order is processed an email will be sent notifying you the order has been shipped, in the email there is a tracking number. Please follow the instructions on the page to track your package.

Yes, we accept returns on un opened product within 30 days of purchase, items must be un-opened, un-used, or unworn and in new condition. Please fill out the form below to initiate a return and ship product back with product and include invoice (or copy of invoice)

Customer returning the item is responsible for the return shipping cost. Supplements direct will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged product. Returns over $150 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please note, certain bottles may appear deformed due to changes in temperature during shipping, the bottle will often return to normal shape and is still usable and safe to consume. Please contact us if you are unsure or have further questions

Please check your invoice to make sure the order matches what is received, our orders are verified by two staff members before shipping out. In a rare case an item could be on back order, in this case there would be a note on the invoice stating the back order and we would ship to you within 7 business days, if this is not possible we would arrange to refund your payment for the missing product.
